   Matthew Peter Thomson, also known as Pete, is a seasoned real estate agent with five years of experience. Pete has been involved in over 400 real estate transactions along the Wasatch Front. His expertise includes buying and selling all types of properties, from dream homes to investments, and helping clients navigate tricky financing and difficult situations.

 

   Growing up with real estate agents in his family, Pete gained early exposure to the industry. He worked for a construction and remodel company before obtaining his license and transitioning to real estate. With a deep understanding of what homes need, what people need, as well as the nuts and bolts of financing, he has underwritten and performed comparative market analysis on over a thousand properties.
